CHOICES and PRICING TIERS: If your table space has not been confirmed, please do not send money yet. If you have been accepted as a vendor and have not yet paid for your space, please use the following guidelines:
- Standard Dealer Tables are 6′x30″ and will be draped; each “vendor space” is one table across with approximately 30″ behind the table for standing or sitting (so approximately 6′x5′). Pricing is $185 for one table space .
- Two Standard Table Spaces: $340
- There will be a very limited number of 4′ crescent-shaped tables, priced at $145 each
- Portable Sales: These are for vendors in our open mezzanine vendor hall who will be setting up a vendor cart, booth or portable display; they are “day spaces” only – you will need to move your goods into a (locked) conference room for the night. Portable spaces are $145
- Two Portable Spaces: $260
- Electricity: If you will need access to an electrical outlet, please bring your own extension cord and add $15 to your vendor fees here
- Discounted Vendor Assistant Passes @ $35 each: Please use the Shipping Details area on the PayPal form to fill in vendor assistant name(s)
You can also PayPal your fees directly to Lucre@steampunkexhibition.com. If you prefer to send a check, please make it out to Nova Albion and send to: 1563 Solano Ave #308 Berkeley, CA 94707. Please accompany your check with a copy of your Vendor Application, so we know what you’re paying for!
