VENDORS

Our vendor spaces are nearly full! In the interest of mercantile diversity, and since we already have just the right balance of such things, we are no longer accepting corsets, goggles or rayguns.  Thank you for your understanding.

If you are interested in selling items other than those listed above, please download and complete the  SPX11 Vendor Form_Interactive PDF and email to: vendors@steampunkexhibition.com with links to or photos of your wares. Spaces sell out early and those accepted are granted on a first-come, first served basis.

CHOICES and PRICING TIERS:

• Standard Dealer Tables are 6′x3′ and will be draped; each “vendor space” is one table across with approximately 3′ behind the table for standing or sitting. Pre-booking at $125 for one table space
• Two Standard Table Spaces: Pre-booking at $220
• Small Tables: We will have a limited number of smaller, crescent-shaped tables available (approx 4′ across and 2′ deep?), for vendors who would like a reduced space at a lower rate ($85) 
• Portable Sales: We are also looking at accommodating a few vendor carts or portable displays, to be set up on the Mezzanine and moved into a vendor room for lockdown at night. Portable spaces will be $95 
• Electricity:  If you will need access to an electrical outlet, please bring your own extension cord and add $5 to your vendor fees here

BADGES:
Each vendor will receive 2 badges with their paid space; additional badges will be available at $25 each for those working your table; we highly recommend that you do have at least 2 people per vendor space. Extra Vendor Assistant Badges (please use the Shipping Details area to fill in vendor assistant name[s]):

ACCOMMODATIONS:

TRAVEL: The nearest airport is San Jose International (SJC). The hotel does not provide a shuttle, but the airport is not far from the hotel and rental car,  taxi or lightrail can get you there.

NOTE: Please do not pay unless you have been pre-approved! Application submission is the first step in our process and does not guarantee a space.
