The Hyatt boasts 501 guest rooms, a big welcoming bar and lounge area, a very nice restaurant, sushi bar and three levels of FREE PARKING!

The biggest disappointment of last years convention was the issue with parking. I saw so many people turn around and leave because there was absolutely no parking to be had. That was a gross oversight on your part that will hinder many steampunk fans from attending the upcoming convention.
Is there any assurances that there WILL be hotel parking available for the days of the convention. And I mean, has any of the staff actually made sure that the parking lot will be open and accessible during the weekend?
I’m not sure if this has already been answered (WordPress is a little complicated in this regard), but yes, one of the major criteria we had for a new venue was parking and I can assure you that there will be plenty of parking spaces available for the Exhibition.
The other issue was food and that’s been handled very well too.
